Returns & Refunds Policy

So, if for any reason You are not satisfied with your product(s), please mail us your original order receipt along with your unused (unopened & in original condition) product(s) within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund (excluding the original shipping costs). Your refund in the original purchase currency will be issued back to the credit card that You used to purchase the product. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your refund request to be processed and refund issued.
We only accept returns and product-related issues for products purchased on urblicious.com and urblicious.ca for US and Canada, respectively. If You purchased URBL products from a different ecommerce platform or a retailer, please contact those businesses for proper return instructions. This guarantee is valid up to 30 days after your purchase and allows You to receive a refund (excludes the original price of shipping).

How much does shipping cost?
If you’re in the USA or Canada and have a subscription account, shipping is FREE. Otherwise, shipping costs vary with order, shipping address and shipping method, and will be calculated during check out.

Do I have to pay the shipping cost for returns?
Yes, you are responsible for shipping all return products back to our warehouse. We do not offer return shipping labels.
Which shipping method should I use to send URBL products back to your warehouse?
You can use any shipping service of your choice (USPS, UPS, Canada Post, FedEx etc.). We, however, highly recommend you opt for tracking and confirmation numbers for verification and efficiency purposes, as we will not be liable for any return packages lost in transit.
How do I confirm that my return shipment arrived at your warehouse?
Please reference the return tracking number you secured to verify your package has been delivered. If the tracking number confirms delivery, please be assured your package has been received and will be processed shortly.
How do I confirm that my return has been processed?
You will receive notification from us upon arrival at our warehouse. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your refund request to be processed and refund issued.
